    We try our best to respond within minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours.

      Will you be shipping to more countries? 

      Yes, we’re expanding offer shipping in more European countries – Switzerland and Norway will be added soon!

       

      Are there any customs fees, import taxes, duties, etc?

      For customers in the UK and Europe, VAT is already included in the price. 

      Orders outside of the UK that are over €150 are subject to additional duties which will be the responsibility of the customer.

       

      I haven’t received my confirmation email, what do I do?

      Check your spam folder!! If it’s nowhere to be found then please email us at support@uppper.com with as many details as possible.

       

      Can I change and/or cancel my order?

      We can no longer change or cancel an order once it has shipped. If your order has not shipped then please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue. Email us at support@uppper.com 

       

      I ordered the wrong size and/or product, what can I do?

      Oh no! If your order has not shipped then please email us at support@uppper.com 

      Just make sure to email us ASAP because once it's shipped it is completely out of our hands and, at the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

       

      How do I track my order?

      Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number. If you can’t find your email, send us email at support@uppper.com with your order number.

       

      How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

      UK orders are typically delivered within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail. EU orders usually take 5-8 working days, depending on the destination.

       

      My order is taking longer to arrive than you specified, what's going on??

      Your order might be taking longer than usual to arrive because of multiple reasons like holidays, weekends, or other unexpected delays. 

       

      My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

      First, check your order confirmation email to make sure the shipping address is correct. Second, ask your roommates, parents, grandma, your dog.. just to make sure they didn't take it 🤔 If your roommate didn't take it then check all the places where your packages could’ve been left.

      If you still can’t find it then email us at support@uppper.com and we will help you find it!

       

      The tracking number hasn’t been updated in a few days, I think it may be lost. What can I do? 

      Please contact us if your tracking number has been stuck in the same location for a week. Email us at support@uppper.com and we will gladly help resolve this issue for you. 

       

      My order is being shipped back to you, what do I do?

      Email us at support@uppper.com with your order number so we can assist you with this issue. 

       

      Can I exchange or return my item?

      At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, we are in the process of implementing a returns policy for the UK and EU, which will be available in the near future.

      Please ensure you take accurate measurements before placing your order.
