Is your grip giving out during heavy deadlifts or rows? Our Black Lifting Straps are the solution to your problem! Lifting straps are a strength training tool designed to help reduce the workload from your grip and forearm allowing you to lift heavier, longer.

There are different types of lifting straps, but ours feature a closed-loop design that secures the wrist around the barbell or dumbbell to prevent the weight from slipping out of your hand and to help reduce grip fatigue. Using these straps will enable you to power through some exercises that are otherwise cut short by weak grip strength.

Care Instructions

    Great basic lifting straps

    Nice basic lifting straps, would have been perfect if they were more anti slip, if that makes any sense.

    Truly made for anyone!

    Upon purchasing I did not realise this was a brand mainly targeted for women in the gym as all the gear is unisex in nature. As a college guy who just started going to the gym for the past month, knowing I'm not breaking the bank or cheating myself out of quality equipment like I would be with bigger brands, it gives me confidence in the gym when I'm able to flaunt the Uppper logo. I love being able to support smaller, women-owned and women-centric brands even as a man. Hoping to work my lifts up to the point I can reasonably say I need the camo lifting belt in my life haha!
